The local pack vs. organic results
Google shows two different things for local searches: the local pack (the three map listings at the top) and the organic results (the traditional blue links below). They’re ranked by overlapping but different factors. Local SEO focuses on winning the local pack, because for “near me” and place-based searches, that’s where the majority of clicks and calls go.
We work both, but we prioritize the local pack for service-area and storefront businesses, because that’s where the fastest local ROI usually lives.
